LOS ANGELES RAMS
- Rams clinch a first-round bye with a win or a Bears loss

CHICAGO BEARS
-Bears clinch a first-round bye with a win and a Rams loss

MINNESOTA VIKINGS
-Vikings clinch a playoff berth with a win or an Eagles loss

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES
-Eagles clinch a playoff berth with with a win and a Vikings loss

AFC
CLINCHED
Kansas City Chiefs: Playoff Birth
Los Angeles Chargers: Playoff Birth
New England Patriots: AFC East Title
Houston Texans: Playoff Birth

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
-Chiefs can clinch the AFC West title with a Win or a loss by the Chargers.
-Chiefs can clinch home field advantage throughout with losses by the Patriots, Chargers and Texans and can clinch a first round by with Chargers and Texans losses.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
-Patriots can clinch home-field advantage throughout AFC playoffs with a win and losses by the Chargers and Chiefs
-Patriots can clinch a first-round bye with a win or losses by the Texans Ravens and Titans

HOUSTON TEXANS
-Texans can clinch the AFC South division title and home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with a win and losses by the Patriots, Chiefs and Chargers
-Texans can clinch the AFC South division title and a first-round bye with a win and a Pats loss or a win and losses by the Chargers and Chiefs
-Texans can clinch with a AFC South division title with a win or a tie between the Colts and Titans

-Ravens can clinch the AFC North division title and a first-round bye with a win a win, a loss by the Patriots and Texans and there's no tie with the Colts and Titans

-Ravens can clinch a playoff berth with a tie and a tie in the Colts and Titans
