NFL Playoff Clinching Scenarios Week 17

Here we go. We've hit the final day of the regular season in the NFL tomorrow. Most of the teams have already clinched playoff spots. Only two total spots need to be clinched and, of course, seeding needs to be figured out. So lets not waste any more of your time. Here's what needs to happen on the final day of the season to grab a playoff spot.

AFC
CLINCHED:
Baltimore Ravens - AFC North and homefield advantage throughout
Houston Texans - AFC South
Kansas City Chiefs - AFC West
New England Patriots - AFC East
Buffalo Bills - playoff berth

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
-Kansas City can clinch a first-round bye with a win AND a New England loss

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
-New England can clinch a first-round bye with a win OR a Kansas City loss

OAKLAND RAIDERS
-Oakland can clinch a playoff berth with a win and losses by Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Indy and they can clinch by strength-of-victory tiebreaker over PIT*
*OAK clinches strength-of-victory tiebreaker over PIT if ONE of the following teams win or tie: CHI, DET, LAC OR NE

PITTSBURGH STEELERS
-Pittsburgh clinches a playoff berth with a win and a loss or tie by the Titans. They can also clinch with losses by the Titans, Colts and Raiders as well as PIT ties OAK in strength-of-victory tiebreaker*
*PIT ties OAK in strength-of-victory tiebreaker if ALL of the following teams win: MIN, GB, KC AND MIA

TENNESSEE TITANS
-Tennessee clinches a playoff berth with a win, OR losses by both the Steelers and Colts

NFC
CLINCHED:
New Orleans Saints - NFC South
Green Bay Packers - playoff berth
Minnesota Vikings - playoff berth
San Francisco 49ers - playoff berth
Seattle Seahawks - playoff berth

DALLAS COWBOYS
-Dallas clinches NFC East division with a win and a loss by the Eagles

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES
-Philadelphia clinches NFC East division with a win or tie, OR a loss or tie by Dallas

GREEN BAY PACKERS
-Green Bay clinches a first-round bye with a win OR a Saints loss
-Green Bay clinches homefield advantage throughout NFC playoffs with a win and a 49ers loss OR a tie and losses by the 49ers and Saints

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
-New Orleans clinches a first-round bye with a win and losses by either the Packers or 49ers
-New Orleans clinches homefield advantage throughout NFC playoffs with a win AND losses by the Packers and 49ers

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
-San Francisco clinches NFC West division title with a win or a tie
-San Francisco clinches a first-round bye with a win OR a tie and losses by the Packers or Saints
-San Francisco clinches homefield advantage throughout NFC playoffs with a win OR a tie and Packers and Saints losses

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
-Seattle clinches NFC West division with a win
-Seattle clinches a first-round bye with a win AND a Packers loss
