-Kansas City can clinch a playoff spot with a win OR a tie and losses by the Colts and Bills

New England Patriots
-New England clinches AFC East with a win AND Miami loss
-New England clinches a playoff spot with a win AND losses by Vegas and Chargers

Tennessee Titans
-Tennessee clinches AFC South with a win AND Colts loss
-Tennessee clinches playoff spot with win AND losses by Miami, Buffalo, Denver, Cleveland and Pittsburgh

NFC
Clinched: Green Bay Packers (NFC North)
Arizona Cardinals
- Arizona clinches a playoff birth with a win OR losses by Philadelphia, San Francisco and Minnesota

Dallas Cowboys
-Dallas clinches NFC East with a win OR Philadelphia loss
-Dallas clinches a playoff spot a Saints Loss, San Francisco loss OR a Tampa Bay win

Los Angeles Rams
-Los Angeles clinches a playoff spot with either a win OR losses by the Eagles and Saints
