-New Orleans clinches a first-round bye with a win and a Bears loss or tie
-New Orleans can also clinch with a tie and a Bears loss 

LOS ANGELES RAMS
-Los Angeles clinches a first-round bye with a win and a Bears loss or tie
-Los Angeles can also clinch with a tie and a Bears loss

CHICAGO BEARS
-Chicago clinches NFC North division title with a win or a Vikings loss, or they and the Vikings tie
-Chicago clinches a playoff berth with a win or a Redskins loss or tie

DALLAS COWBOYS
-Dallas clinches NFC East division title with a win, or a tie and Washington and Philly losses, or just losses by both Washington and Philly

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
-Seattle clinches a playoff berth with a win or a tie and losses by Minnesota Washington and Philly

AFC
CLINCHED:
Kansas City Chiefs: Playoff berth
Los Angeles Chargers: Playoff berth

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
-New England clinches AFC East division title with a win and a Miami Loss or a tie and a Miami loss
-New England clinches a playoff berth with a win and a Tennessee loss OR a tie and losses by the Titans, Ravens and Colts

HOUSTON TEXANS
-Houston clinches AFC South division title with a win and losses by the Titans and Colts OR a tie and a loss by the Colts and Titans
-Houston clinches a playoff berth with a win and losses by  Miami Pittsburgh and Baltimore OR a tie and losses by the Colts, Steelers, Titans, Dolphins and Ravens
