-New England can clinch a playoff spot with a win AND losses by Miami, Baltimore, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Kansas City and other complex results

Tennessee Titans
-Tennessee can clinch the AFC South title with a win AND a Colts loss

NFC
Arizona Cardinals
- Arizona can clinch a playoff spot with a win OR losses by New Orleans, Minnesota and Atlanta

Dallas Cowboys
-Dallas can clinch the NFC East title with a win AND either an Eagles tie or a win and Washington loss
-Dallas can clinch a playoff birth with a win AND loss by San Francisco or a win AND New Orleans loss

Green Bay Packers
-Green Bay can clinch the NFC North with a win OR a Minnesota loss
-Green Bay can clinch a playoff spot with losses by New Orleans and San Francisco

Los Angeles Rams
