Clinched: Buffalo Bills (AFC East), Kansas City Chiefs (AFC West), Pittsburgh Steelers (playoff spot)

-Cleveland can clinch a playoff spot with a win AND losses by either Baltimore, Indianapolis or Miami

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS
-Indianapolis can clinch a playoff spot with a win AND a loss by either Baltimore or Miami

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
-Kansas City can clinch a first round bye with either a win OR losses by Buffalo or Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH STEELERS
-Pittsburgh can clinch the AFC North title with a win OR a Cleveland loss

TENNESSEE TITANS
-Tennessee can clinch the AFC South title with a win AND an Indianapolis loss
-Tennessee can clinch a playoff spot with a win OR a loss by Miami or Baltimore
